Michelle says her residential neighbors have “their own agenda”. Like being concerned about property values? According to Michelle (Creature Comforts Homestead Kirkville) we’re awful, selfish neighbors. We have no lives. We have no right to be concerned about losing tens of thousands in property value. And have no rights to peaceful enjoyment of our homes. A peaceful enjoyment that will be destroyed by a large commercial dog kennel just a few hundred feet away.
More vitriol from the owner and her friends/family of Creature Comforts Homestead Kirkville; Lawsuit threats, lies, intimidation, taunting. Here Megan Heiden suggests harassing neighbors further by maliciously housing farm animals “at the property line” to intentionally disrupt residential homes. Michelle has followed up with this threat by building a chicken coop literally within feet of the MR-12 residential zone and only 25′ from her neighbor. Then quickly getting a Rooster(s). Just to be clear, you do not need a rooster for egg laying chickens.
She boasts of her property being a “vast” land of “nothingness” but chose to house disruptive farm animals as close to her residential neighbors as legally possible. Intentionally interfering and conflicting with the peaceful enjoyment of neighboring residential homes.
Moore Road isn’t an “agricultural zone”. It’s an MR-12 residential zone with families and children.
This is Another example of how Creature Comforts Homestead is incompatible with the Moore Road community.
